100% honest and trustworthy. I called regarding pixelation and broken picture on tv thinking I needed a new aerial. Instead of offering to come out with his £90 call out charge I was advised to check the “box” which would be in the loft or behind one of our televisions as power cuts often cause them issues. We had a lot of power cuts recently. Basically switch off and on again! Found ours in the loft and result!!! Thank you so much 😊

We needed to find out why my mother's satellite wasn't working any more and not receiving Polish TV Channels. Berkshire Aerials & Satellite Co were located via CheckATrade and Google, and an appointment made. Mark came and did what he could at the time - another part was required that needed to be ordered. That was duly done and fitted a week or so later. The customer service was exceptional - Mark, the engineer was professional and courteous, and Martin, the MD, communicated in a timely manner - even to the extent of phoning me the day before the final installation to tell me that Mark would be 15 minutes later than scheduled. Never have I had level of attention to detail to customer service. And I wasn't charged for the second visit. Overall, an excellent company and one that I would highly recommend.
